Stick Control #1

This is a warmup I played while at the University of Utah. After you feel comfortable playing it with your hands and moving it around the kit, play it with your feet.

Once you have that mastered play the first measure with your hands, then when you start the second measure with your hands, start playing the first measure with your feet. So basically your feet will be one measure behind your hands.

Use a metronome and good luck!
